I am a practicum therapist with Yorkville University, and currently insured through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. My passion is people! I have over 15 years of volunteer experience in school settings, women’s mentorship programs and ministry. I am currently an Intern Therapist at Tides and I desire to see wholeness restored to all individuals.

I know life is full of ups and downs, and it’s in those difficult times when we need the most support. I believe that obstacles often present themselves as opportunities. Have you ever wished you could rewrite a part of your story? You can! I would love to collaborate with you, the author, and begin a new chapter and page. I am non-judgemental, empathetic and have a keen ability to recognize your strengths. My desire is that you will feel loved, be enveloped in peace and find hope. I can not wait to meet you (or your loved one) and together find wholeness for your soul!
