Meet Edith! I am a Certified Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist and Counselling Therapist offering integrative therapy that combines clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness practices, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed therapy.

My goal is to bring hope and transformation by helping you better understand yourself and equipping you with practical tools for effective communication, emotional regulation, and building healthy, connected relationships. Each session is uniquely tailored to meet your needs so that you feel seen, heard, supported, and validated.

When working with couples or those navigating relationship challenges, I use a relational approach grounded in the Couples Developmental Model to foster mutual growth, intimacy, and deeper connection.

In addition to relationship and individual counselling, I have a special interest in supporting individuals with ADHD and autism. I hold certifications as both an ADHD Clinical Services Provider and an Autism Spectrum Clinical Specialist, allowing me to provide informed, compassionate care tailored to neurodiverse needs. I am also a Certified Advanced Grief Counselling Specialist, with training that helps me guide individuals through a wide variety of losses with sensitivity and insight. Most recently, I have completed training as a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, supporting those healing from emotionally abusive and manipulative dynamics.

I specialize in the areas of:

  • Hypnotherapy
  • Mindfullness
  • Couples Therapy
  • ADD / ADHD
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Anger & emotion regulation
  • Coping skills
  • Trauma and general life struggles
